These Women near to Sewapuri Block of Varanasi District of Uttar Pradesh were mainly Home Makers. Some of them used to do some loose job work to earn little to meet ends every month.

After Adani Skill Development Centre initiated Skill Development programs, these women joined Training with full zeal and completed learning all aspects of manufacturing Agarbatti, Packaging, Marketing and Logistics.

Currently the Kashi Prerna Saksham Producer Company Ltd produces different sizes and shapes of Incense Sticks to suit different demands.

Here, as there are about 1500 women, mentioning one name would be injustice as the success of the project is because of tireless efforts of each one.

The group produces about 80 Kg of products daily from natural products.

Again we would like to emphasis on sharing that the Gangatiri Agarbattis and Dhoopbattis are made from Natural producs like;

• Guggal
• Chandan Powder
• Rice Powder
